Credits & pricing

Credits are what you spend to run a generation in Vigloo Studio. Every image, video, or character you make uses credits, and the amount depends on the model and options (resolution, length, and so on).

Buying credits

1. Choose a credit pack on the Pricing page.
2. Press Purchase to pay (Stripe).
3. Once payment completes, the credits appear in your balance right away.

What uses how much

• Video uses more credits than images.
• Within the same type, higher resolution and longer length use more.
• The credits needed are shown before you run a generation, so you can gauge a big job in advance.

History and balance

Review your credit usage and earnings, along with the balance at each point, in your history. Generation charges, purchases, invite bonuses, and more each appear with their reason, so you can trace how your balance changed.

Charges and refunds

• Credits are charged when you request a generation.
• If a generation is declined — for a content policy violation, for example — the credits are refunded automatically, so you never lose credits to a failed generation.
