Introduction

Vigloo Studio in a nutshell — what you can make and how to create your first image or video.

Vigloo Studio turns the scene in your head into an image or video — just describe it in words and a model creates it for you. There are no tools to juggle; you focus on what you want to make, and the studio handles the rest.

Your first result in three minutes

  1. Decide what to make — From the left sidebar, open the Image or Video screen. Choose Image for a single still, Video for a moving scene.
  2. Describe the scene — Write it in the prompt bar. Instead of a single vague word, name the subject, setting, and mood together, and the result lands much closer to what you pictured.
  3. Pick a model and options — Choose a model and set options like resolution and length. Not sure yet? The defaults are a fine place to start.
  4. Generate — Press Generate and your result appears shortly after. Finished results always stay on the Assets screen, so nothing is lost when you close the tab.

What you can create

  • Images — Generate a new image from text, or transform one from a reference image.
  • Videos — Generate a short video from text, or bring a single image to life as a moving scene.
  • Characters — Build a reusable person once, then bring the same look into scene after scene.

It's fine if the first result isn't perfect. Nudging the prompt and swapping models to compare is exactly how you close in on what you want.

Three habits for better results

  • Be specific — "an orange cat by the window watching the sunset, warm light" is far more reliable than just "a cat."
  • Use references — Have a person or style in mind? Attach an image and mention it with @ to carry it into the result.
  • Try more than once — The same prompt varies by model and by run. Generate a few and keep the one you like.

Where to go next

The table of contents on the left has a guide for each topic. Working through the prompt bar → attaching references → choosing models → using credits in order will get you through most tasks without getting stuck.
